The Four Seasons hotel has been open since 1993 and is independently owned and operated by Muskita Hotels Ltd. We are a 5 star deluxe property with 304 rooms, 6 restaurants, 4 bars, extensive conference facilities, Shiseido Spa, a full range of sports and fitness facilities and a shopping area with exclusive boutiques, watches and jewellery. The Hotel is situated on its own sandy beach, which has been awarded with the Blue Flag (a symbol of cleanliness and safety awarded by the European Community) and is 8Kms east of Limassol city centre.

All guest rooms (completely renovated in 2005) feature luxury en-suite bathrooms, hairdryer, towelling robes, direct-dial telephone, 36” LCD television sets with broadband internet connection, play stations and pay movies, radio, mini-bar, baby monitoring device, heating, air conditioning and large balcony. There are rooms for the disabled, Family rooms, Family Suites and Penthouse Suites available also.  More exclusive Suites such as the Royal Suite and the Prince Suite offer the guest that extra indulgence in luxury! The Hotel also offers an “adults only” holiday haven in an annex of luxury Garden Studios and Suites; each one with its own private outdoor Jacuzzi and on the ground floor direct access to a river-like pool.

Outstanding sport and leisure activities include two outdoor swimming pools, one lagoon-like pool with Jacuzzis and one for adults only.  There is a heated indoor pool with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, tennis courts and a fully equipped gym and Fitness Studio. Water sports are available on the beach and there are other “Fun For Everyone” daily activities.  Evening entertainment with live music, shows and Theme Nights can be enjoyed throughout the week.

Dining at the Four Seasons has always been great but now its never been better! We have six restaurants offering a large range of local and exotic dishes in elegant surroundings complimented by live music.  The gourmet Greek “Mavrommatis” restaurant offering the simplicity and freshness of market fresh Mediterranean ingredients with superb presentation won the “Time Out” eating award for “Best Hotel Restaurant” in 2008. The “Vivaldi”  restaurant for high quality wholesome Italian cuisine has won the “Time Out” eating award for “Best Hotel Restaurant” in 2009, whilst the “Seasons Oriental” restaurant won the “Time Out” magazine award as the Best Ethnic Restaurant in Cyprus in 2005 & 2007. The Mavrommatis & Vivaldi restaurants now offer open air dining on the Terrace from June to October with an additional exclusive Fish & Seafood Menu. The Hotel also offers a variety of bars; the “Vista Bar” and “Vista Terrace” with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and piano music is the ideal venue for cocktails.  The “Colors Café”, a fine Café Patisserie and Gelateria is the ideal casual meeting place.

The Four Seasons offers excellent conference facilities for up to 600 delegates in the superlative well equipped Ballroom. An advanced ‘Harman Pro’ digital sound and lighting system in this room gives it the capability to be illuminated in any one of a multitude of colours, to suit the mood or the corporate occasion. The hotel also offers the Summit room A & B, or both together providing excellent solutions for the smaller to medium sized meeting and the Chairman’s suite, consisting of two executive level boardrooms for 12 & 10 persons respectively. The Sofocleous family built the hotel and have run the business since 1991. Our hotel comprises of spacious and well equipped apartments, benefiting from the breeze that our position catches so well.
